  5. ADDENDUM TO SOFTWARE LICENSE STATEMENT
  6. IMPORTANT - READ THIS FIRST

  8. By using the INTERCLIENT / INTERSERVER JDBC DRIVER ("InterClient Software") 
  9. provided with this Addendum,  you are agreeing to be bound by the following
  10. terms.  If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you may not use the
  11. InterClient Software.
  12.  
  13. The InterClient Software is provided for use solely with your licensed copy
  14. of  InterBase 4.xx  or InterBase 5.xx  software  (your "Original Product").  
  15. Upon installation,   the  InterClient Software  becomes a part the Original 
  16. Product Client Software  and  is subject to  the same warranty and  license 
  17. terms and conditions as the  Original Product.   If you do not have a valid 
  18. license to use the  Original Product,   you  may  not  use the  InterClient 
  19. Software.     Any  other  use  of  the  InterClient Software is prohibited.
