  8. IMPORTANT: You must follow these directions exactly

  10. 1. Fill in the Name and Company fields to identify yourself
  11.  
  12.  2. Do NOT type the serial number in as it is given below
  13.         the last three characters ??? MUST be substituted with
  14.         the first three characters that appears in the Name field.
  15.         Example

  17.                 Company: Sumware Pty Limited
  18.                 Serial #: PM-9415-3148-VR-Jon

  20. The BOLD text following must be personalized by you

  37. If you have a problem with the application accepting the serial number:
  38. Check that you enter only upper case letters (except the last three characters)
  39. All serial number codes follow this convention
  40.     Two UPPER case characters:  PM
  41.     One minus sign: -
  42.     Four numbers: 9415
  43.     One minus sign or number: -
  44.     Four numbers: 3148
  45.     One minus sign: -
  46.     Two UPPER case characters: VR
  47.     One minus sign: -
  48.     Three upper/lower case characters: same as first three characters of Name
