  1. To run the call application the phone number that you wish to dial must be
  2. added to the command line.

  4. If you are running the application in the VB4.0 environment you should
  5. select Tools | Options from the Visual Basic main menu.  In the Options
  6. window that appears select the advanced tab to access advanced Visual Basic
  7. options.  At the bottom of the Advanced options tab is an entry for Command
  8. Line Options -- enter the phone number to dial here.  Select OK then run the
  9. application.

  11. If you are running the application as a stand alone executable you will have
  12. to add the number to the command line for the executable before running.
