- Setcalls is a little programm to set the amount of calls to
- your BBS. The amount of calls consist of Users and mailers
- who call your BBS.
- You can find the number of callers in the TrionRM monitor,
- and if you use tilde codes you can also display it in
- a screen on your BBS.
-
- When you setup the BBS for the first time you probably don't
- have to change the number of calls, but if you had an other
- BBS system running before Trion BBS you might want to set
- the number of calls.
- Or if you count the calls per year you might want to set the
- number of calls at the beginning of a year to zero.
-
- This utility was made to be integrated in an install script
- but nothing useable or practicall has materialized yet.
-
- When you want to use the setcalls Utility you have to make
- sure the BBS isn't running .. because if some one calls
- after you changed the number of calls when the system was
- online the file with the number of calls in it is overwritten
- with the old number. So TrionRM should not be running.
-
- You change the number of calls by typing setcalls in shell
- with the number of calls on the command line.
- The Utility will put the old number of calls on the screen.
