  4. Your ASIC package should contain the following files:

  6.      INSTALL.EXE    ASIC installation program.  To install ASIC,
  7.                     change your working directory to the directory
  8.                     containing the ASIC4.00 files and type INSTALL.  For
  9.                     example, if your ASIC 4.00 files are in the root
  10.                     directory of the diskette in drive "A", then type:

  12.                               A:        <enter>
  13.                               CD\       <enter>
  14.                               INSTALL   <enter>
  15.  
  16.      XPAND.EXE      Decompression program (required by INSTALL.EXE)

  43. test a program before you buy it.  If you find it suitable for your needs and
  44. make use of this program, you are expected to send a $20 registration fee
  45. (plus $5.00 shipping/handling).

  48. for the distribution of this software to others, nor may you alter the
  49. software or this documentation.

  51. Registered users of any version of ASIC will receive a diskette containing
  52. the current version of ASIC, plus may purchase future updates at half of the
  53. normal registration price.  A printed manual is available to registered users
  54. for an additional $ 10.00.

  101. shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction
  102. located in Wake County, North Carolina.  The parties hereby consent to in
  103. personam jurisdiction of said courts.
