  132. title and dragging it to a new location.

  134. Change the size of the viewport for the current notepad.
  135. The arrow keys are used to change the size of the viewport.
  136. The Escape key terminates the operation.  The viewport can
  137. also be moved by clicking the mouse pointer on a corner of

  140. Change the size of the window for the current notepad.
  141. The largest possible notepad window can hold 32,750
  142. characters.  Contracting the window may delete some of
  143. the loaded file information.

  148. Toggle the state of the clock.  If the clock is enabled,
  149. the current time of day is displayed at the right of the
  150. main menu.
