  19.         3. Payment methods.

  21.            a. Check. Both bank checks and personal checks are accepted.
  22.  
  23.            b. Money order issued by banks, post office or American
  24.           Express.
  25.  
  26.            c. Credit card (VISA or Master Card.) Products must be
  27.           mailed to the same person.
  28.  
  29.            d. Cash. Please note that the author can not be responsible
  30.           for any loss in the mail.

  33.    ---->    4. Foreign orders:

  35.            If you pay by credit card or checks/money order in U.S.
  36.            dollars drawn on a U.S. bank, simply fill out the order form
  37.            and mail it with your payment.

  39.            If you pay by your currency or check/money order in foreign
  40.            fund or drawn on a foreign bank, please add US $12 to the
  41.            total on the order form as currency exchange fee then
  42.            multiply the result by proper exchange rate. Products will
  43.            not be mailed if underpaid.

  46.            User Group, 87 High St., Tonbridge, Kent TN9 1RX, England.
