  1. This is the C indenter, it originally came from the University of Illinois
  2. via some distribution tape for PDP-11 Unix.  It has subsequently been
  3. hacked upon by James Gosling @ CMU.  It isn't very pretty, and really needs
  4. to be completely redone, but it is probably the nicest C pretty printer
  5. around.

  7. Further additions to provide "Kernel Normal Form" were contributed
  8. by the folks at Sun Microsystems.

  10. Ported to the Zenith `PC' and MicroSoft C ver. 3  11-1-86.

  12. Ported to MSC ver. 6.00.00 on 8-1-92. haha enjoy this damned thing.  What I
  13. did was add a few more switches, fixed a few bugs, and did some code borrowing
  14. from the indent that GNU produced which is for Unix(tm) machines w/ lots and
  15. lots of memory to format a big file (it digests a source file all at once
  16. using memory...)
