- Copying the emx development package:

- You are allowed to copy the complete and unmodified emx package
- (emxdev.zip, emxlib.zip, emxtest.zip) if you don't take money for it.

- Copying the emx runtime package:

- You are allowed to accompany your programs which require the emx runtime
- with unmodified copies of emx.exe, emxl.exe and emx.dll. You can copy the
- relevant sections of user.doc into the documentation of your program. You
- are allowed to use the C library for your programs. If you take money for
- your program, you have to donate a complimentary copy of your program to
- the emx author.

- change and copy the C library sources if you keep the copyright message
