  10. PULL DOWN/POP UP MENU EDITOR is the first attempt of Coleman Software
  11. to distribute its programs via the Shareware marketing strategy.  The
  12. usual Shareware philosophy applies if you try PDM_ED and don't like it
  13. or feel you have no use for it --- no payment is required.  If , instead,
  14. you find you use it useful and/or profitable send $20.00 to:

  21. Important: Continued use of this program requires purchase.  PDM_ED is
  22. free only on a trail basis.  This trail basis is meant to last only long 
  23. enough to evaluate how useful the program is with respect to your personal 
  24. needs.  Use of PDM_ED beyond this period of time constitutes a violation of 
  25. the limited license granted you by its shareware status.

  27. You are not allowed to modify the software under any conditions.  Once  
  28. purchase you are free to incorporate the PDM_USE run-time into your own
  29. programs for sale.  Any program sold incorporating PDM_USE with the purchase
  30. of PDM_ED or any program profiting any any way from PDM_ED without such
  31. purchase constitutes a violation of the before mentioned limited license.

  33. You may copy the program for the trial use of others subject to the rules
  34. outlined in MANUAL.DOC.  In general, you may only copy the program in
  35. complete and unmodified form, as we distribute it.

  37. You may not charge any fee for copies of the program without written
  38. permission from Coleman Software.  This applies especially to disk vendors.
  39. Some services mislead customers into thinking they have purchased the
  40. software, rather than just the disk and duplication service.  If you have
  41. purchased this product from a disk vendor and feel they were misleading
  42. about what you have purchased, please write us and we will investigate
  43. the matter.
