  15. - FOSSCOMM.DOC is a file which is the file containing the 'manual' for the 
  16. FossComm program. It's suited for QuickSoft's PC-Write print program, PR.EXE, 
  17. and can be printed. FOSSCOMM.TXT is basically the same version but does not
  18. contain any formatting characters and is a 'plain vanilla' ASCII file.
