  14.     │ DBUG is an extremely convenient way to change bytes easily in a file. │
  15.     │                                                                       │
  16.     │ Syntax:  DBUG FILENAME.EXT (use + and - to page up & down; X to exit) │
  17.     │                                                                       │
  18.     │ DBUG is completely self-documented. Hit RETURN: an information screen │
  19.     │ on each command pops up.  Hit RETURN again to make it disappear.      │
  20.     │                                                                       │
  21.     │ Commands are executed by typing and verified by hitting RETURN again. │
  22.     │ Everything else is self-explanatory.  This is a gem of a program, and │
  23.     │ is a zillion times more convenient than dos DEBUG.                    │
