  5. 1. In Program Manager click on FILE and choose RUN.
  6. 2. Type in D:\WIN31\SETUP and press <Enter>. (If your CD-ROM drive is not D, then change it to the letter associated with your CD-ROM drive.)
  7. 3. Follow any instructions that appear on the screen.
