  3. 1)      Load the files VBRUN300.DLL & THREED.VBX into your Windows\System directory, and TOOLBAR.INI into your Windows directory.
  4. 2)      Load all other files into their own directory.
  5. 3)      Run the program TOOLQUBE.EXE to see an example.
