  1. To install Task Scheduler:

  3. Copy Schedule.exe & Schedule.hlp to your Windows directory, or create a directory just for it and put it there.  Copy ctl3d.dll to your Windows\system directory.
  4.  
  5. For best results, add schedule.exe to the "load=" line in the win.ini file. Second best place to put it is at the start of your Startup group.
  6.
