  9. please refer to the (GMT+-) notation following each time zone
  10. listed, and select one that is the same number of hours ahead of
  11. (+) or behind (-) GMT.  Don't worry if the county description
  12. is irrelevent; this doesn't appear in your News posts.  It is
  13. only used to understand what time it is in your location relative
