  1. Setting Display Colors

  4.          Press the "c" key to set desired colors or monochrome shades
  5.          for your hypertext application.
  6.  
  7.          1) Press "c" key ...this will display a color palette sample.
  8.  
  9.          2) Up and Down cursor arrows select the display
  10.          characteristic for color setting. The name of the current
  11.          item being changed is displayed at the left side of the
  12.          bottom status bar.
  13.  
  14.          3) Right and Left cursor arrows toggle through the
  15.          color/shade for the current item. The Space Bar will toggle
  16.          between blinking and non-blinking color combinations.

  18.          4) ENTER or ESC to select the currently displayed color
  19.          combination.
