  12. INSTALLING.

  14. If you downloaded Odyssey Shareware Version from a BBS, then it probably
  15. came as a file called ODY200SH.ZIP, and contained the following files:-
  16.  
  17.          ODY200SH.LZH   -  The Odyssey Shareware Program, Archive-1.
  18.          ODYDOC.LZH     -  The Odyssey Documentation Files, Archive-2.
  19.          ODYTRM10.LZH   -  Terminal Emulation Files, Archive-3.
  20.          INSTALL.EXE    -  Odyssey Installation Program.
  21.          INSTALL.INF    -  Control info required by INSTALL.EXE
  22.          READ.ME        -  You are reading it now.
  23.          DISTRIB.DOC    -  Guidelines for distribution
  24.          REGISTER.DOC   -  Info on how to register your copy
  25.          LICENSE.DOC    -  License Terms for using Odyssey
  26.          ORDER.ME       -  Order form for TRIUS products

  28. Install the program using the supplied installation program, which will also 
  29. create the necessary configuration files etc.  Here's how to do it:
  30.  
  31.     1. Change to the drive/directory containing the above files.
  32.     2. run INSTALL.
  33.  
  34. For example, if the files came on a floppy, then (pressing <Enter> after
  35. each line) :-
  36.  
  37.       a:                           -- change to your floppy drive.
  38.       install                      -- start the install program.
  39.  
  40. INSTALL will ask you for any details it requires during installation, such
  41. as what drive and directory to use, what port your modem is connected to,
  42. etc. It does NOT change your CONFIG.SYS, AUTOEXEC.BAT or do any other
  43. strange tricks. When it's done you are ready to go. Enjoy your evaluation
  44. period! Remember to read ODY200SH.DOC for summarized info on using the
  45. package.

  52. Communications program. It has been provided to allow you to fully
  53. evaluate the usefulness of the Odyssey package BEFORE spending your hard
  54. earned pennies.

  56. Please remember that SHAREWARE does NOT mean "Free Software", and it most
  57. certainly does NOT mean that Odyssey is in the public domain. The purpose
  58. of the Odyssey shareware version is solely to allow you to decide whether
  59. or not Odyssey meets your needs. If it does, then we expect you to pay for
  60. it! If you downloaded the package from a BBS, then you have not paid for
  61. it, whether or not the BBS has connect charges. If you got the program
  62. from a disk library, then you have NOT paid for Odyssey - you only paid
  63. for the disk.

  66. Shareware Version for 30 days. If at the end of that time you no longer
