- Usage: DIAL T# [Modem-Commands~][Phone-Number]

- T = Dial type (Tone or Pulse): must be T or P.
- # = Serial port number (1 - 4).
- Modem-Commands = Optional initialization strings.
- (no embedded or ending spaces, end with ~)
- Phone-Number = Maximum of 36 characters, no embedded spaces.

- EXAMPLE: dial T1 1(216)931-1212
- dial P2 9,654-7171
- dial T3 18003334444

- This program dials the phone for you through a Hayes compatible modem.
- It will tell you to pick up the phone when dialing is completed. It
- can optionally pass an initialization string to the modem before the
- dialing. Each initializing modem command must end with a tilde (~),
- you can have up to 15 of these commands. You can send modem commands
- without dialing a number.
