  8.     you're connected to, or if we havn't included a parameter file that's

  11.     Note that the BUF and BLK parameters are set *VERY* low.  This could
  12.     make uploads quite slow, but will eliminate the chance of overloading
  13.     the converter.  You should experiment with these parameters.  Also,
  14.     the PRE and PST parameters have been disabled.  You'll need to consult
  15.     your protocol converter manual or ask your system operator about these
  16.     settings.  These options pertain mainly to uploads.
