  2. Thank you for downloading The Major BBS Test Drive!

  4. You should find 5 files included within the MBBSTD.ZIP file:

  6. README.1ST   -->  This file
  7. QWKSTART.ZIP -->  Quick Start Booklet (Documentation)
  8. DISK1.ZIP    -->  Disk One of The Major BBS Test Drive
  9. DISK2.ZIP    -->  Disk Two of The Major BBS Test Drive
  10. PKUNZIP.EXE  -->  PKWARE unzip utility
  11.  
  12. Instructions for installation:
  13.  
  14. 1>  Using PKUNZIP.EXE, unzip DISK1.ZIP to a blank formatted 1.2 or 1.44 meg
  15.     high density diskette.
  16.  
  17.     PKUNZIP   DISK1.ZIP  A:   (or B:)
  18.  
  19.     Repeat this step for DISK2.ZIP, using another blank formatted
  20.     diskette.
  21.  
  22. 2>  Insert the first disk into the A: drive (or B:) and type "A:INSTALL" (or
  23.     B:INSTALL).  You will be prompted on the screen with further instructions.
  24.  
  25. The two above steps will completely install the Test Drive into a directory
  26. called \MBBSTD.  The last step is to print the documentation.
  27.  
  28. 3>  Unzip QWKSTART.ZIP to your newly installed MBBSTD directory.
  29.  
  30.     PKUNZIP   QWKSTART.ZIP   C:\MBBSTD
  31.  
  32. Now the file QWKSTART.ASC will be in your MBBSTD directory.  You can view this
  33. file with your favorite text editor, or print it out to your printer.
