  3. The IBM PC Communications Forum libraries contain programs and files
  4. that directly relate to the hardware and software aspect of
  5. telecommunications on the IBM PC.
  6.  
  7. In addition to reviews and comments on communications hardware and
  8. software you'll find an outstanding selection of shareware
  9. communications utilities and programs.
  10.  
  11. If you can't find the file you want it's probably here, just hiding, so
  12. be sure and drop a message to the Sysop if you can't find what you're
  13. looking for or GO IBMFF (IBM File Finder) for assistance.

  15. A short summary file of the contents of each library is available. BRO
  16. *.SUM in each library to see it. This is an abbreviated file and
  17. contains only one line descriptions!

  19. A catalog of complete descriptions is available in library 0 (General
  20. Info) for all other libraries. In IBMCOM it is stored as IBMCOM.ZIP.
  21. Again, this is a complete catalog and contains the same info you would
  22. received in you BRO(wsed) the libraries.

  27. Your time spent uploading is free of CompuServe connect charges so
  28. please feel free to share your latest and greatest. If you have a
  29. program that is not fully functional the sysops reserve the right to
  30. reject the file. If that is the case you will be notified in the event
  31. we have overlooked something. In all cases files must conform to the
  32. "rules of operation".

  34. We do not accept time locked or "billboard" type demo programs. If
  35. you're unsure of what a time locked or "billboard" type program is ask
  36. the sysops before you upload.

  39. ARC/ZIP type files be sure and drop by the New User's Forum (GO IBMNEW
  40. to get there) for some help in getting started.
