  19. This is one of those little throw-away things that normally
  20. don't get posted.  It was pointed out to me recently that
  21. we need to make an extra effort to get this kind of stuff
  22. out, so here it is.

  24. If you have a file(1) compatible with the one in sysVr3
  25. adding the following lines to /etc/magic will make it
  26. recognize compressed files.  I was motivated to add this
  27. when I imported a bunch of files from BSD systems and the .Zs
  28. all got lopped off.
