  13. About a week ago I shipped version 1.1 of the X archie client to
  14. comp.sources.x. Since it seems to be taking a while to get through the
  15. mill, I thought I'd announce that it can be ftp'd from the following
  16. places (file xarchie-1.1.tar.Z):

  22. Those of you without ftp access will just have to wait for Dan Heller
  23. to process the submission.

  25. Note that it has only been tested under R4. Please read the README
  26. before mailing me with problems. Please read the TODO file before
  27. mailing me with suggestions. Otherwise, feedback is welcome.

  29. Please restrict ftp to Rochester to non-prime hours, EDT. If someone
  30. picks this up on the other side of either big pond, perhaps they could
  31. announce it to save on very-long-distance traffic.
