  21.   The program you're thinking of is known as shamus' windows, although he
  22.   copied it from another programmer, Hans, and subsequently cut many of
  23.   the features out till it was a pretty bad example of software...

  25.   All those features you mentioned were in the original version, Hans (tm)
  26.   windows. The software Shamus was flashing around WITH HIS NAME ON IT
  27.   (I dont know if Hans knows about this...) had virtually none of them.
