- In order to extract this program, follow these steps:

- 1. Create a directory for VEFC or select an existing directory.

- 2. Log to that directory.
- <C:\> cd \vefc
- <C:\VEFC>

- 3. Execute the self-extracting archive.

- 4. Remove the diskette in A: and put it away.
