  23. In order to extract this program, follow these steps:

  25.   1. Create a directory for VEFC or select an existing directory.

  27.          <C:\> md \vefc
  28.          <C:\>

  30.   2. Log to that directory.
  31.          <C:\> cd \vefc
  32.          <C:\VEFC>
  33.  
  34.   3. Execute the self-extracting archive.
  35.          <C:\VEFC> a:vefc24
  36.           PKUNZIP MESSAGES...
  37.          <C:\VEFC>
  38.  
  39.   4. Remove the diskette in A: and put it away.
