- CHANGING TO UPPER AND LOWER CASE
-
- Any marked area, (Alt L, Ctrl L, or Ctrl B), may be changed to either
- upper or lower case as desired. Move the cursor to the 'M' at the
- beginning of this sentence and press Ctrl L. Now move the cursor to
- the period at the end of the previous sentence and press Ctrl L again.
- You have now marked a sentence. Hold down the Alt key and press 'T'.
- (Think of T for Tall). As you can see, the sentence has been changed
- to upper case. Repeating the process, but pressing Ctrl T instead of
- Alt T will change the sentence to all lower case characters.
-
- If you forget the "T" mnemonic, you can always mark your area, (try it
- here by marking this paragraph with Alt L and Alt L), and then press
- F7 for Blocking Functions. Then press either F9 or Alt T to change
- the marked area to upper case, or F10 or Ctrl T to change the marked
- area to lower case.
