  4. Picture Man is the most powerful true color image processing tool
  5. for MS Windows 3.x available as shareware!

  10.   including geometrical transforms, halftone/color correction, filtering 
  11.   and filling a selected area with color, pattern and gradient.

  14.   smooth edge. Seven types of selected area are available, including

  53. archive. Then run PMAN from Windows program manager.
