  1. <Deposit>
  2. DEPOSIT:  A security deposit of fifty percent (50%) of one month's rent will be required.  The deposity is fully refundable after tenancy for one year, or upon inspection of the unit at surrender.
  3. <Rent Due 15th>
  4. RENT SCHEDULE:  The full amount of the rent is due on the 15th of the month.  Payment more than one month late shall include a 5% surcharge.
  5. <No Pets>
  6. PETS:  No pets are allowed inside the rental unit.  This includes hamsters, dogs, cats, felines of any sort, rodents, birds, or other animals.  Small fish in aquaria are exempt. 
  7. <Pays Utils>
  8. UTILITIES;  Gas and electric bills shall be paid by the tenant.
