  4. This is a full release of the 26bit version of WebChange for RISC OS,
  5. originally made available free of charge from the WebChange website on
  6. 1st December 2003. Permission has been granted for this copy to be
  7. included with RISCWorld magazine.

  13. Instructions for using the software can be found in the 'docs' directory.
  14. Installation is simply a matter of copying the files from this zip file
  15. to a suitable location on your hard drive.

  17. You will also need to have installed 'WBModule' - the WimpBasic runtime
  18. module for the WebChange front end, and additional utilities provided with
  19. the program. This is contained in the zip file 'WBModule/zip' - please
  20. place the !WBModule contained therein somewhere on your system such that
  21. it is 'seen' by the filer before you run WebChange.
