  6. This program allows you to View most HTML format files and to follow
  7. links to other files.

  9. NB. A much more detailed Help in HTML format can be found in !Help/html.
  10.     To get at this run the program and select 'Help' from its menu.

  12. The start-up banner and some other icon graphics have been customised in
  13. this version of WebsterLT (by permission of R-Comp) for use with the
  14. RISC User in a Nutshell CD, and various other settings have also been
  15. changed. A copy of the original version, with all default choices and
  16. graphics intact, can be found in the CD's 'Bonus Resources' section.

  35.          Only versions 3.1 and 3.7 have been fully tested.

  38.          This requirement increases with the size of the page loaded,
  39.          and does not include Fetchers and the TCP/IP stack.
