  1. Interface to Superior Software's Speech Module

  3. This library provides the funtions to perform the following speech commands:

  5.                    SAY
  6.                    SAYW
  7.                    SPEAK
  8.                    SPEAKW
  9.                    PITCH
  10.                    SPEED
  11.                    TONGUE
  12.                    MOUTH
  13.                    LEVEL
  14.                    RESET
  15.  
  16. The functions will only operate if the speech module has been loaded prior
  17. to running the function, the module can be loaded or killed at any time 
  18. without affecting the performace of the program that is using the functions.
