- BioII
-
- by Mike Fuller
-
- BioII plots the physical, emotional and intellectual biorhythm curves
- on a hires, interlaced screen and allows the user to save the image as
- an IFF ILBM file. Although other biorhythm programs exist, I wanted
- one that gave me output suitable for importing into a DTP program for
- printing personalised calendars etc. I also designed the user-
- interface to be as friendly as possible, even though this did increase
- the program size.
-
- IMPORTANT: To run BioII, the Dissident's ilbm.library must be in your
- libs: directory. I have included a program to do this, just double-
- click on the Install-ILBM icon. Ensure you have room on your system
- disk to fit the library (6920 bytes). An unmodified 1.3 WBench disk
- does have enough room.
-
- USING BIOII
-
- To run BioII, Workbench users simply double-click the BioII icon. From
- the CLI or shell, type `BioII' or `run BioII'. Two windows will open,
- the top one displaying some introductory text and the bottom
- containing the program gadgets, ready for use. Enter your birthdate
- and the required month and year for the biorhythm graph, hitting
- Return after each one. Use numbers only for these dates.
-
- Enter your name, or the name corresponding to the birthdate, in the
- requester after clicking on the NAME button. The name is optional, if
- you don't want one on the graph, don't enter it. Then to see the
- biorhythm sine curves for the selected Bio-date month, simply click on
- the PLOT button.
-
- To save a graph, enter your choice of name for the ILBM file in the
- string requester after clicking on the SAVE button. You may graph and
- save many biorhythms by changing the dates in the date requesters and
- rePLOTting. Click on the QUIT button to terminate the program.
