- What is Tester
-
-
- Welcome to the French Tester! This is a program that tests your ability in
- the area of French Verbs. This also corrects you if your answer is incorrect,
- so you can learn the correct answer. This technique of trial and error helps
- me a lot with my G.C.S.E. French.
-
-
- How do I use the Tester?
-
-
- The tester is really easy to use, all you need is a very basic knowledge of
- French. When you double-click on the program icon you are presented with seve
- ral title screens. One of these is an introduction, and the other is a screen
- displaying all the verbs available for testing (to get this back type H
- <<return>> on the verb request screen. The next screen is the verb requester
- screen, simply type the name of the verb and the next part of the
- program will be activated. This is the main tester section. First a simple
- information screen will be displayed, the name of the chosen verb and the
- English for it. There will then be another screen displayed, with a red bar
- down the side showing instructions. All you have to do is type the correct
- part of the verb. To quit don't type in anything when at the verb requester
- screen, simply press <<return>>, or press <<ctrl-c>> at any time. As with all
- AMOS programs <<Left Alt-a>> will bring Workbench to front.
