Telemanagement Systems Group software helps large organizations manage their
complex telecommunications and data communications facilities.  Communication,
equipment and service costs are accurately determined and allocated to
multiple cost center reporting levels.  Exception and network usage reports
and toll fraud detection reporting assist in optimum network design and
controlling costs.  Interfaces to General Ledger systems are provided for
timely and accurate transfer.  Special software for colleges and universities
allows the school to sell long distance service to resident students at a
profit.  Facilities (equipment and cable) are extensively tracked and are
managed with the Work Order Processing module to facilitate in service order
management.  Interfaces to various switch databases ensures "on-step" update
of the switch from the completed work order.
