  5. FOREFRONT Time & Materials system provides the contractor with an efficient
  6. method of calculating and preparing a T & M bill. The T & M system is fully
  7. integrated with the job cost, purchase order, inventory, and payroll system to
  8. automatically accumulate all the billing amounts from all the actual and
  9. committed costs for each job. This gives the contractor the ability to produce
  10. billings as soon as the costs have been committed so you don't have to wait for
  11. all the invoices to arrive and for payroll to be processed
  12.  
  13. The system allows for user-defined markups (percent, fixed, rate per hour) for
  14. each cost type or job total. Contractor fees can be added automatically or
  15. entered after the billing has been created. Multiple billing formats are
  16. available for each job and all the line items can be modified even after the
  17. bill has been automatically created. The bill can be printed and transferred to
  18. the FOREFRONT Accounts Receivable system without any duplication of entry
  19.  
  20. Time & Materials is completely integrated with all the other modules in the
  21. FOREFRONT Construction Management Series, which reduces input time and insures
  22. accuracy.
