  5. The Time and Material billing is designed for those contractors having a lot of
  6. service work to perform. The work order system allows for initial setup of the
  7. service call to be printed on a pre-printed form for the service man. Once the
  8. form is returned, this can then be selected as either being paid at the site or
  9. an invoice is needed. If an invoice is needed the program will print the
  10. invoice. The setup of invoices allows for inventory items to be selected and
  11. the quantities reduced when billed. Billing for labor can be automatically
  12. updated from the payroll system from the time cards or manually entered. The
  13. Time and Material invoice can either be on the standard CCS form or on a
  14. pre-printed form ordered from NEBS. A history file of customers and the
  15. invoices billed is setup to allow for look up by screen or printer.
