  6. taking, shipping, and billing. It produces order quotations, acknowledgments,
  7. picklists, shipnotes, credit notes, invoices, and return authorizations. It
  8. supports partial shipments and invoicing with complete backorder tracking. The
  9. order entry screen has built-in inquiry windows that help find customers,
  10. orders, or stock items quickly. New customers or stock items can easily be set
  11. up while entering orders. Additional information, such as stock quantities
  12. available, on hand, and on order, along with customer balances, credit limits,
  13. discounts, and payment terms, also appear during order entry. Standard orders
  14. can be set up and copied repeatedly to reduce entry time. Orders can be entered
  15. as "RUSH" to ensure they get processed first. UPS rates are calculated
  16. automatically based on ship to zip codes. Online inquiry features provide
  17. access to information such as quantities ordered, shipped, and invoiced.
