  5. MaxSafe is a system shut down module that works with a UPS and plugs into any
  6. serial port on the host computer.  MaxSafe monitors whether power to the
  7. system has been disrupted.  If so, it automatically initiates a system
  8. shutdown after a user specified time interval.  A warning message is echoed to
  9. each active user periodically up until the actual shutdown.  If power is
  10. restored before the shutdown is initiated, the shutdown will be cancelled.
  11. MaxSafe works with any serial port available on the host computer and drivers
  12. are currently available for SCO UNIX, XENIX and ODT.  MaxSafe is backed by a
  13. limited 5 year parts and labor warranty.
