  7. The Intellicom-NT960 is an intelligent communications subsystem that allows 16
  8. to 128 asynchrous serial devices to be connected to an industry-standard ISA or
  9. EISA bus compatible computer. The subsystem includes the NT960 host adapter,
  10. the ACM16 external I/O box and power supply, software drivers (for XENIX, UNIX,
  11. STREAMS, DOS, and QNX), and manuals. The Intellicom-NT960 has an onboard Intel
  12. i960 RISC of Flash EEPROM to offload the task of managing communications from
  13. the main CPU. Custom software can be downloaded to the onboard RAM to support
  14. user systems with up to 512 serial ports. Interfaces available are RS-232 with
  15. both male DB25 and RJ45 connectors. Each port can be configured to transmit
  16. data at speeds of up to 115 Kbaud.
