  7. OptiXchange 650 is a 5.25-inch multifunction optical subsystem able to read and
  8. write both WORM and Rewriteable optical media from the same drive. OptiXchange
  9. 650 uses a built-in hardware caching interface, OCU, for connectivity to SCO
  10. UNIX systems. The OCU makes OptiXchange 650 appear just like a standard hard
  11. disk to SCO UNIX users without the need for system specific software drivers.
  12. Standard SCO UNIX operating system commands are used with OptiXchange 650 for
  13. ease of installation and operation. Features include data buffering and
  14. caching, firmware or hardware data compression, battery backed-up cache, and
  15. access to historical data through a timestamp feature. OptiXchange 650 is
  16. available as an end-user or OEM product.
