  7. The ProDesigner II takes graphics above and beyond super VGA. It delivers
  8. resolutions to 1024 x 768, 32,768 colors, and 72 Hz refresh rates for
  9. flicker-free viewing. In the tradition of the Orchid graphic cards, the
  10. ProDesigner II is compatible with interlaced and non-interlaced monitors. The
  11. ProDesigner II is available in two configurations: 512 KB or 1 MB. The 512K
  12. version provides support to 1024 x 768 - 16 colors. It's upgradeable to the 1
  13. MB version which ships standard with HiColor capability for a maximum 32,768
  14. colors in 800 x 600 resolution. The 1 MB version is also capable of supporting
  15. 256 colors in 1024 x 768. The ProDesigner II is fully compatible with previous
  16. display standards such as MDA, Hercules, CGA, and EGA with the optical
  17. Translation ROM. It comes with a comprehensive range of software drivers.
