  5. This product provides a way of connecting up to 128 serial links into a PC
  6. running SCO UNIX via a single ring of twisted pair, coaxial, or fibre optic
  7. cable. It consists of an interface to Nine Tiles' Superlink LAN and a terminal
  8. driver which makes the network card appear to the operating system as a
  9. multiport serial card with up to 128 ports. Terminals may be connected to the
  10. network via RS232 or RS422 into single-port or clustered (4- or 8-port)
  11. interfaces, and PCs fitted with Nine Tiles LAN interfaces can emulate terminals
  12. with no additional equipment being required. Ring-to-ring gateways make it easy
  13. to connect groups of terminals at remote sites. A network may have any number
  14. of computers connected to it. They do not all have to run UNIX; any computer
  15. running any operating system can be connected via RS232.
