  7. dBMAN V is a dBASE III Plus compatible relational database management system
  8. which allows most dBASE applications from PC DOS to run with no change on over
  9. 37 platforms including PC DOS, LAN, UNIX, XENIX, AIX, AT&T, Sun, and
  10. mainframes. dBMAN V features more than 300 enhanced and powerful commands and
  11. functions over dBASE III Plus that reduces code size considerably. It includes
  12. scrollable windows, menus, UDFs, multidimensional arrays, file and record
  13. locking, data encryption and password protection at field leve, and more. dBMAN
  14. V has a built-in fully relational report generator that allows complex reports
  15. to be created without programming. Creates columnar or multiline reports like
  16. sales analysis, invoices, form letters, statements, and inventory control
  17. sheets. Report layouts are designed on-screen in "bands" and fields can be
  18. moved, copied, deleted and added by simple keystrokes. dBMAN V comes with a
  19. source level debugger and allows users to set break point, single step, and
  20. edit source code while debugging. dBMAN V includes a compiler which supports
  21. macros. Unlimited runtime distribution is also available.
