  7. Vmail is an emulation of the VMS MAIL interface for UNIX systems.  Vmail
  8. features over 90 percent of the VMS MAIL commands and qualifiers including
  9. ANSWER, BAC, DELETE, COPY, CURRENT, DIRECTORY, EDIT, ERASE, EXIT, EXTRACT,
  10. FILE, FIRST, FORWARD, HELP, LAST, MAIL, MARK, MOVE, NEXT, PRINT, PURGE, QUIT,
  11. READ, REPLY, SELECT, SEND, SET, SHOW, SPAWN, and UNMARK.  With Vmail, you can
  12. access distribution lists and send carbon copies.  Additionally, Vmail
  13. provides commands not found in VMS MAIL, such as CLEAR, CONNECT, PREVIOUS, SET
  14. AUTO CONNECT, SET WRAP, and WRITE.  Vmail eases your migration from VMS to
  15. UNIX.  By using the same interface across UNIX and VMS systems, frustration
  16. and costly retraining are eliminated.  Vmail lets you communicate with UNIX
  17. MAIL, VMS MAIL, and other Vmail users currently on your network.
