  7. FS-ATG is a software program used in the design and test of programmable logic
  8. devices (PLDs).  FS-ATG inputs user-generated JEDEC source files and outputs
  9. test vectors.  These test vectors are used to test the functionality of the
  10. PLD's design.  This can be done on a logic programmer or in-circuit board
  11. tester.  FS-ATG also includes several complex utilities that perform logic
  12. analyses and device simulations.  These supplementary programs include the
  13. following:  CKTSIM, a schematic spreadsheet and boolean equation display
  14. utility; FS-SIM, Flynn System's logic simulator which performs a JEDEC format
  15. simulation on the device's design; and PROBE, a utility that allows navigation
  16. through the logic elements (or boolean equations) of a device.  Optional
  17. software programs include FS-PALibrary, FS-HighDensity, and FS-Translator.
  18. These provide support for various PLD models and Automatic Test Equipment
  19. Translators.
