  7. HC2INPT is one of three individual programs which comprise Rampone
  8. Engineering's HEC2OOLS  Comprehensive AutoCAD Interface package for the
  9. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' HEC-2 Water Surface Profiles program. HC2INPT is
  10. a set of AutoLISP routines which enable a user to develop formatted HEC-2
  11. cross-section input data files via a digitizing tablet from either
  12. cross-section drawings or contour map drawings prepared on media. The
  13. cross-section is graphically displayed on the screen as the input data is
  14. digitized. Control of program operations and data entry is available from
  15. assigned digitizer cursor buttons and keyboard keys. Previous cross-section
  16. points may be deleted and spaces may be inserted into HEC-2 cross-section data
  17. for future points. X1, GR, and BT cards may be developed.
