  1. WHY XASCII?

  3.     I wrote this one because I got fed up with having to look up the ascii
  4. man page every time I wanted a charater value.  It`s a neat little handy
  5. reference to have on your desktop.  A couple of instructors here have even
  6. taken to using it in their labs.

  9. DISTRIBUTION

  11.     XAscii is distributed under the happiware system.  If you use Xascii and
  12. like it, send me e-mail and let me know.

  17.     XAscii is distrubuted as is and is only guaranteed to take up space on
  18. your disk.  It is provided without warranty, either express or implied,
  19. for any purpose whatsoever.  I am not liable for any loss or damages arising
  20. from the use or possession of Xascii.

  22.     XAscii is free, but copyright is held by the author. You may distribute
  23. Xascii freely under the following conditions:

  25.         1) All files from the original distribution (including this Readme)
  26.            are included.

  28.         2) No modifications have been made to any of the files in said

  32. do anything about it.  I'm graduating next quarter and am going to be quite

  42.     If anyone is interested in seeing an OLIT 2.5 version of XAscii, send
  43. me email.  If enough people are interested, I'll take a day off and 
  44. crank one out.
