  1. ADDITIONAL LICENSE TERMS FOR DEPLOYING MULTI-TIER PROGRAMS

  3. This version of the software may include redistributable files 
  4. identified as "ClientDataset Redistributables" for creating
  5. multi-tier application programs.  Installation and use of the
  6. ClientDataset Redistributables for supporting data sharing
  7. among two or more computers requires purchase of a
  8. MIDAS Deployment License, available separately from
  9. Inprise; please refer to the on-line documentation, including
  10. DEPLOY.TXT, for contact information.  "Data sharing"
  11. refers to any use of the ClientDataset Redistributables for
  12. supporting the transmission by any means of data from one
  13. computer to another for use by ClientDataset
  14. Redistributables installed on another computer.  Note that
  15. purchase of a MIDAS Deployment License is not required
  16. for deploying an application which does not use
  17. ClientDataset Redistributables for supporting such data
  18. sharing among computers.

  20. This product does not include deployment rights for the 
  21. VisiBroker CORBA ORB.  When deploying an application 
  22. requiring CORBA services, you must first obtain VisiBroker 
  23. Deployment licenses, available separately from INPRISE.
