  28. 0. Tbase3 unit is renames to Tbase ( why 3? )
  29. 1. DbEdit, DbWin units added.
  30. 2. FieldData method now returns Display formatted Date for Date field.
  31. 3. Replace accepts Display formatted Date.
  32. 4. Divisor Field zero error detected ( DbError 17 ).
  33. 5. A Stupid bug on FlushDb that corrupts the header if the Dbase is empty
  34.    is corrected.
  35. 6. Four more Conversion procedures between three Date formats are added.
  36. 7. Manual Tbase.Doc has been revised and rewritten with more details
  37.    and introductions are provided for each unit. Also, the Descriptions
  38.    are merged togather to reduce the number of files. It is mess!!
  39. 8. A My.Pas program source code included to demonstrate the DbWin and
  40.    Dbedit units. I used My.Pas to create the Tbase.Doc.
